Technology Solutions Consultant

Overview

Lead client engagements that take Microsoft enterprise solutions from strategy to production. You'll partner with executives, IT leaders, and field teams to scope projects, design solutions, and ensure successful adoption — primarily across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops with clients and translate findings into clear solution designs.
• Author proposals, statements of work, and roadmaps with realistic estimates.
• Drive delivery alongside engineering and design — managing risks, scope, and stakeholders.
• Coach client teams on adoption, change management, and operational handover.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, sales enablement, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise delivery roles.
• Hands-on familiarity with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform).
• Excellent client-facing communication; comfortable presenting to C-level stakeholders.
• Strong project management instincts and the ability to keep complex programs on track.
• Experience working with public sector or regulated industries is a plus.

Additional Skills

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, MB-500, etc.)
• Background in change management or organizational design
• Bilingual delivery experience
• Pre-sales / proposal writing track record
